Information we collect

We only collect information you give us yourself, through the demo request form on this website or by contacting us directly. That may include:

• your name and business name
• your email address
• your mobile or landline phone number, if you choose to provide it
• your industry and current website address
• anything you write in the message field

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare and discuss your website demo, to answer your enquiry, and to follow up about the work you asked us about. Nothing more.

Text messages and your mobile number

Mobile phone numbers collected on this website are never shared with third parties, and are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you tick the consent box on our form and provide a phone number, you agree to receive text messages from The Flow Growth about your website demo. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Ticking that box is optional. If you leave it unticked, we will not text you — we will simply reply by email instead.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers we need in order to operate — for example our form provider (Web3Forms) and our email and hosting providers — and only so they can deliver that service to us. As stated above, mobile phone numbers are excluded from any sharing with third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent for text messages at any time by replying STOP or by emailing us. If you are in the EU, you have these rights under the GDPR.
